Join the Maintenance Department at The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass!

The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass, a 366,750-square-foot outlet shopping center off I-64 in Simpsonville, Kentucky, is looking for a Maintenance team member. This role involves general repairs and property upkeep, reporting to the Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications:

General knowledge of indoor and outdoor repairs and upkeep of grounds, preferred

• Ability to lift/push/pull 40 - 60 pounds
• Active drivers license
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Able to work on ladders
• Physical ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and grip
• Able to work holidays

Responsibilities:

• Operate outdoor power equipment
• Assist in HVAC filter changes and roof inspections
• Upkeep of walkways and hardscape, including snow removal
• General repairs and maintenance of property structures

Compensation:

• First Shift/Full Time
• $14-$15 hourly
• Annual Bonus
